First Time Log In

What should I expect during my first log in?

If it’s your first time logging in, you should be given a temporary password. The username is the member ID that was assigned to you.

After your first log in, you should be prompted to update your email and password. Please SAVE your password somewhere you can refer to, and enter a valid email that you have access to. 

After you submit, you will be logged out and required to log in again using your New Password.

I can't log in, what should I do?

If you cannot log in, you should be able to reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link right under the log in form. 

Here, you will be prompted to fill in your email to get the link to reset your password.

Why am I logged out again after setting my email and password?

For security reasons, you will be logged out after a password change to renew your authentication.

Existing Members (After First-Time Log In)

How do I reset my Email or Password?

Once you log in, you are able to reset your password by accessing your account through Account > Manage Account. When you reset your password, you should be prompted to fill in your current password.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Not to worry! You can click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. The next step would be to fill in the email associated with your account, and you should receive an email to reset your password.
